Our Philosophy
Palazzo Custom Homes builds eco-friendly, green certified homes. All homes are
100% green certified through Earth Advantage. Building to Earth Advantage standards insures
that the home meets certain criteria that help maximize energy efficiency. Each home
costs 5% to 6% more to build, and includes extra wall, ceiling and attic insulation,
better "U-value" rated windows, energy efficient appliances, mastic coated duct work,
indoor air quality treatment, and more.
At Palazzo Custom Homes, we do not pass this cost on to the consumer; we feel the
responsibility to build energy efficient homes. Randall Palazzo and all the staff at
Palazzo Custom Homes also holds a deep respect for the environment, and practices
many conservation methods while constructing homes. This includes re-use of materials
removed from existing homes, recycling, re-claiming, use of renewable resources,
replanting of trees and shrubs, and more. As a Company, Randy Palazzo and his team
continue their growth in understanding of how to best serve the environment, while building
beautiful homes for your family.

Portland After-School Tennis

Your support and contribution to the 2nd Annual Poker on the Lake Fundraiser benefitting
Portland After-School Tennis is greatly appreciated. We, the members of P.A.S.T., want
to personally thank you for your participation and generosity. It was a splendid night
filled with fun, food, drinks, socializing and lots of card playing, too!
By the end of the evening, you helped us raise over $50,000, exceeding our goal! These
funds will make a significant impact on our program. We currently serve more than 1000
children in the inner-city area of Portland by using tennis as a means of teaching
sportsmanship, teamwork, life skills, nutrition awareness and literacy. Thank you again
for your support in helping build our program.
