Bella Amica Version 2
Our “Bella” properties are homes that Randall Palazzo has personally designed for
narrow lots so that we are able to strategically process the development.
These Old Portland style homes have been designed with integrity and character and are neighborhood
friendly. These homes are designed to match the early 1900’s vintage charm of arts and crafts,
bungalows and Portland four square architecture.

Bella Plans have garages, and special care was taken to design these homes for narrow lots with the
best curb appeal possible. Garages are only attached up front on one of these plans. This allows
for the front of the house to be full width without an attached garage, and a country lane driveway
placed along side the house, leading to a detached garage in back. We have designed one plan for those
lots that cannot feature a garage in back that still maintains the early 1900’s styles of older,
established neighborhoods.
For our customers that do not need a garage, we have designed another one of our unique Old Portland
style houses that has a side storage area, attached to the house, which has a roll up mini garage door.
This room was designed by Randall Palazzo so that bicycles, motorcycles, yard equipment, and personal
storage items can be easily stored, with access from this area to the inside of house, or from the
exterior mini roll up garage door. This is a great addition to our Palazzo homes which feature Portland
four square architecture of early 1900's style floor plans.

Like most Palazzo homes, these early 1900’s styles have a large, open great room with 20
foot ceilings and a fireplace. These charming homes have classic woodwork and bamboo
flooring.
The granite kitchen counters are standard in these Palazzo homes. Windows are strategically
placed for maximum privacy. These charming homes have a powder room on the main floor and
plenty of storage. Complete with modern, stainless steel appliances and designer colors
and touches throughout, these Palazzo homes have the Old Portland charm, but features with
country lane driveway and today’s modern conveniences.
