Our “Bella” properties are designed to match the charm of the Bungalows and
Portland four square homes. These Palazzo homes have been designed for narrow lots.
These Old Portland style homes have been designed with integrity and character and are
neighborhood friendly. These homes are designed to match the early 1900’s vintage
charm of arts and crafts, bungalows and Portland four square architecture.

Additional Information about Bella Grande
For our customers that do not need a garage, we have designed another one of our
unique Old Portland style houses that has a side storage area, attached to the house,
which has a roll up mini garage door. This room was designed by Randall Palazzo so
that bicycles, motorcycles, yard equipment, and personal storage items can be easily
stored, with access from this area to the inside of house, or from the exterior mini
roll up garage door. This is a great addition to our Palazzo homes which feature
vintage architecture of early 1900's style homes.

At 2067 square feet, the Bella Grande features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, and a
den on the main floor and a separate formal dining room.
With early 1900’s charm, these homes have a large, open great room with 20 foot
ceilings and a fireplace. The Bella Grande’s have bamboo flooring and full tile
bathrooms. The master bath has a double headed shower and the kitchen has granite
counters. Palazzo homes have designer colors and touches throughout and come with
stainless steel appliances. These homes feature a big front porch and a detached garage
and driveway (optional depending on lot size).
