Palazzo Custom Homes supports the City of Portland's Living Smart Program. Palazzo Custom Homes
has built and sold several Vargas-Greenan Living Smart homes, and can build additional homes upon
request. Palazzo Custom Homes was proud to honor this program by being one of the 1st builders to
utilize this program. The City of Portland and Northwest Natural Gas, along with Commissioner Randy
Leonard were among several participants at a very successful release party last summer at one of the
Living Smart homes on NE 34th Street in Concordia. This 1st Living Smart home sold in less than 2 weeks!
Palazzo Custom Homes President Randall Palazzo is currently working with the City of Portland on the Living
Smart program phase three.
